       The ceremony was held in the PMC auditorium on 15^th February at about 11:30 pm. All the girls and boys were very cherry and enthusiastic about it.

                   The prominent participants were:

       Prof. Dr Asghar Ali Randhawa [Principal]

       Prof. Dr. Zahid Iqbal

       Dr. Safdar Sial

       Prof. Dr. Khalid

       Prof. Dr. Saeed       

       Prof. Dr Rasool Ch.

       The anchor person requested the sports secretary to come on the stage. He gave the following demands:

       A basket ball and squash court, a new swimming pool and maximum funds.He also advised the sport’s persons to be best in their concerned areas.

       Then the female sport’s secretary Miss. Naseem Akhtar addressed.She thanked Dr.Zahid Iqbal for their active support and help for the girls in sports. She also thanked the chief guests and others. She also demanded a separate fully covered badminton court for the female students.

       Now the anchor person invited a very special and anthusiastic person Dr. Riaz.He invited a special nominee from the girl’s side Hina Ayesha involved in the sports for the first time. Indeed many females were taking part the first time.

      Now the anchor person invited the Chairman of sports: Dr. Zahid Iqbal.He added as he is very hopeful about the future of sports in PMC. He also added about the match between AIMC and PMC and also promised to fulfill the requirements of the players.

CHIEF GUEST’S ADDRESS:

      Dr.Ashgar Ali Randhawa thanked all the guests. He congratulated the students clearing the supply exams. He also thanked the chairman. He told the audience about the upcoming ‘Debates’ and ‘Mushaira’. He said that the swimming pool cannot be completed due to technical fault. He also advised the security officer to fix the timings for the boys and girls in the badminton court. He said to Dr. Riaz to partition the cricket ground both for boys and girls. He declared the sports week open. According to him the prize distribution ceremony will be held.

Then he sliced the cake.

Dr. Hina and Dr. Nabeela had a special appearance on the stage.

 After that the chairman advised the students to see the notice board for updates.

Finally the Principal cut the ribbon to inaugurate the sport’s office.

All the students were served with soft drinks.

                                          The ceremony ended very well.
