NETIZENS ANNUAL GET TOGETHER

                    It’s been a tradition of Netizens to arrange an annual get together for the members and to officially welcome the new members of 1^st year. Monday 15^th of March 2010, this long awaited annual lunch was planned. The venue was Qasr-e-Ziafat of Chenab Club.

The function started at 2:30 pm with the arrival of most of the members. Sir Imtiaz Ahmad Dogar was there and proceedings started officially when the compare Nafeesa Ehsan (final yr) invited Hafiz Zaman (3^rd yr) for the recitation of Holy Quran and Saqlain (4^th yr) for Naat. Then as it continued it gained more interest and vigour from students. A funny skit was presented by girls of 1^st yr (Maira, Hira Nawaz, Iqra, Marium, Aimen, Nida). Afterwards  beautiful and melodious songs were sung by Awais But(4^th yr), Marium Parvaiz(1^st yr), Ata-ul-Munim (4^th yr), Salman(3^rd yr), Awais(1^st yr) and Saman(1^st yr).  There was a game Rapid Fire Round hosted by Ali Alvi (4^th yr) and Ata-ul-Munim (4^th yr). They asked funny questions from the audience and everyone enjoyed a lot the rapid and quick answers. Then some junior student imitated senior students.

Beautiful poetry of Allama Iqbal was presented by Awais Abbasi (final yr) and Dabeera from 1^st yr. It was followed by a beautiful dance performance by Ali Alvi(4^th yr) and Ata-ur-Munim (4^th yr). Audience were fully enjoying this and appreciated the performing persons with their applause. A movie was shown by Asterix (Awias Abbasi, Zain-ur-Rehman, Taimoor, Omar, Ahsan) titled, "Rocky and Naag Raj". Final year members were requested to come ahead and give a brief picture of their journey of five years in relation to college and Netizens. Nafeesa, Taimoor, Rabia, Atiqa, Amna came and shared their views. Then all the 1^st year members introduced themselves.

In the meanwhile lunch was served. The appetizing smell automatically attracted people and they headed towards the tables and helped themselves with delicious rice, roast, and curry and off course kulfa ice cream. At last the final session was of photoshot. There was a group photograph of all the members which clearly showed the growing number of members each year. And finally this memorable event ended leaving endless marks in renowned memories of college life.
