Programme:

           Since the establishment of Punjab Medical College, Faisalabad a need of research journal has always been felt. After a lot of struggle and hard work at last PMC has become successful in bringing out its first journal “ANNALS OF PMC”. The publication of APMC is a milestone in the history of PMC and medical research in Faisalabad. The research journal shows the dedication of the teaching staff and editorial board to the academic affairs.

            It was a great honor for PMC when on 14/04/07 PMC launched its first research journal “APMC”. The Chief Guest in the ceremony was Prof. Malik Hussain Mubbashar, Vice Chancellor UHS, Lahore. The Guest of Honor was Prof. (Retd.) Dr. Altaf Hussain Rathore.

        Prof. Malik Hussain Mubbashar appreciated this effort by the doctors and teaching staff of PMC. Prof. Malik Hussain Mubbashar said that PMC has done a great deal of research in the field of medicine and public health. The Principal PMC Prof. Dr. A G Rehan also appreciated the efforts of editorial board of APMC especially Dr. Faisal Bilal Lodhi & Dr. Muhammad Akram. All in all it is a good effort by the kind and able teaching staff of PMC.
